Returns & issues

Our shots are fresh, chilled food, so we can't accept returns once a box has left us. That said, we never want you stuck with something you can't drink.

Tell us within 24 hours

If a bottle arrives damaged, warm or not as described, message us on WhatsApp with a photo. We'll replace it in your next box or refund that portion of your PayNow payment.

Cancelling an order

Because each box is made in small batches, you can cancel free of charge any time before we confirm your order. After that, get in touch and we'll do our best.
